Generating Facility Metering Point definition

Generating Facility Metering Point means the location or locations of the Generating Facility Meter shown on Exhibit R.
Generating Facility Metering Point means the location(s) of the Generating Facility Meter(s) shown in Exhibit R.
Generating Facility Metering Point means the point(s) at the Generating Facility at which Output flowing after the Generating Facility’s inverters but before the Point of Delivery is measured.

Generating Facility Metering Point means the metering point(s) at the Generating Facility at which Output flowing after the Generating Facility’s inverters but before the Point of Delivery and/or the Storage Facility Metering Point is measured, as further described in Exhibit C.

Related to Generating Facility Metering Point

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
