Good Operating Practices definition

Good Operating Practices means the practices, methods and acts engaged in or by a party who, in the conduct of its undertaking, exercises that degree of diligence, prudence and foresight reasonably and ordinarily exercised by skilled and experienced Australian operators engaged in the same type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances and conditions.
Good Operating Practices means the standards, practices, methods and procedures as practiced in India and conforming to all technical requirements, law, directive, clearances and the requirements of any Authority and that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably be expected from a skilled, prudent and experienced Operator, engaged in the same type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances as the Operator pursuant to this Contract.
Good Operating Practices means those practices, methods and acts engaged in or approved by an organisation which exercise that degree of safe and efficient practice, diligence, prudence and foresight reasonably and ordinarily exercised by skilled and experienced operators.

Good Operating Practices means the standards, practices, methods and procedures as practiced internationally and in India conforming to all Applicable Law and that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably be expected from a skilled and experienced contractor engaged in India in the same type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances as the Contractor pursuant to these Conditions.
Good Operating Practices means, with respect to the Facilities, the practices, methods, and acts generally engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the independent electric power industry in the United States for similarly situated facilities in the United States during a particular time period, or any of such practices, methods, and acts, which, in the exercise of reasonable judgment in light of the facts known or that reasonably should be known at the time a decision is made, would be expected to accomplish the desired result in a manner consistent with law, regulation, reliability, safety, environmental protection, economy and expedition, and taking into consideration the requirements of this Agreement, the Project Documents, the Transferred Contracts, and the other contracts and agreements affecting the operation of the Facilities. Good Operating Practices are not intended to be limited to the optimum practices, methods or acts, to the exclusion of all others, but rather to include a spectrum of possible practices, methods, or acts generally acceptable in the region during the relevant period in light of the circumstances.
Good Operating Practices means the practices, methods and acts used by a supplier who is in the performance of service exercises that degree of diligence, prudence and foresight reasonably and ordinarily exercised by skilled and experienced suppliers engaged in the same type of services in similar conditions as contemplated under the Contract.
