Governing Language. In the event that a translation of this Agreement is prepared and signed by the parties, and a conflict arises between the English version and other language version this English language version shall be the official version and shall govern and control.. All disputes [litigation and arbitration] under this Agreement shall be resolved and conducted, regardless of the means or authority, in the English language.
Governing Language. For all purposes, the English language version of this Agreement shall be the original, governing instrument and understanding of the parties.
