Governing Language. In the event that a translation of this Agreement is prepared and signed by the parties, and a conflict arises between the English version and other language version this English language version shall be the official version and shall govern and control.. Governing Language. For all purposes, the English language version of this Agreement shall be the original, governing instrument and understanding of the parties. In the event of any conflict between the English language version of the Agreement and any subsequent translation into any other language, this English language version shall govern and control. Governing law: The governing law as set out in the Engagement Form. Jurisdiction: All disputes will only be litigated in the courts of the jurisdiction set out in the Engagement Form.
