Grantor Property definition

Grantor Property means and refers to certain land currently owned by Grantor, described in the attached Exhibit “A”.
Grantor Property means the land of Grantor located within a ski and resort area development known as Northstar-at-Tahoe, together with, to the extent of Grantor's right, title and interest therein, the improvements thereon and the Water Rights, as more particularly described in Exhibit B hereto. Any Grantor Property which is released from this Agreement shall cease to be Grantor Property.
Grantor Property means all tangible and intangible property owned or licensed by Grantor Parties, including without limitation the Stadium.

  • Grantor Parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid including in any event agreement executed by the Grantor Parties a provision granting advertising rights to a Company Competitor on Grantor Property.

  • The Company shall only conduct such activities in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Agent, provided that the Agent will have neither control of, nor be responsible for, the means, methods, techniques and procedures used by the Company in conducting such activities on Grantor Property.

  • If, pursuant to Access Rights granted herein, the Company utilizes a document by which members of the public release certain parties from liability in connection with activities taking place on Grantor Property, such document shall name New England Patriots LLC, Kraft Soccer LLC, and NPS LLC as released parties.

  • The Agent shall have the right to eject or relocate any of the Company's employees, agents, representatives or contractors located on Grantor Property in connection with the Company's Access Rights, in the event that such person(s) creates a disturbance, safety hazard, or otherwise engages in behavior which the Agent, in its reasonable discretion, deems to be inappropriate.

  • Should the Company, or any of the Company's guests, create a disturbance on Grantor Property, the Agent shall have the right to eject the parties responsible for such action, or all the persons in the Suite or Club Seats licensed hereunder, from Grantor Property, or exercise any of the Agent's rights upon default in accordance with the Agreement.
