Group Annuity Contract definition

Group Annuity Contract means the group annuity contract or contracts issued by the Insurer through which benefits of the Plan are to be funded.
Group Annuity Contract means an Annuity Contract under which the obligees are individuals who are affiliated through an employer, trade association, labour union, or other association or group.
Group Annuity Contract means a single premium, non-participating group annuity contract, and all exhibits thereto, substantially in the form set forth in Schedule 1.01(g).
