Group Structure Chart definition
Group Structure Chart means the group structure chart in the agreed form.
Group Structure Chart means the group structure chart set out in Schedule 9 (Group Structure).
Group Structure Chart means the structure chart of the Group and the Target Group delivered to the Lender pursuant to Clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent), as updated from time to time in accordance with paragraph (b) of Clause 19.2 (Provision and contents of Compliance Certificates).

Group Structure Chart means the written group structure diagram delivered to the Facility Agent pursuant to Clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent) and Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) on or before the Closing Date;
Group Structure Chart means the group structure chart delivered to the Facility Agent pursuant to Part 1 of Schedule 2 (Conditions precedent documents).
