Structure Chart definition
Structure Chart means a chart showing the Parent and its Subsidiaries and any direct shareholders of any member of the Group and the relationship between all such entities.
Structure Chart means the group structure chart in the agreed form.

Structure Chart means the structure charts provided to Investment Agent on June 6, 2013.
