Guaranteed Availability definition

Guaranteed Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Guaranteed Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03. “Guaranteed Capacity” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.
Guaranteed Availability means the amount identified as such in Schedule 1.

  • Such Availability Report shall include the total amount of the Guaranteed Availability Adjustment.

More Definitions of Guaranteed Availability

Guaranteed Availability is defined in Section 6.12.1.

Guaranteed Availability means the Guaranteed Non-Summer On Peak Availability, the Guaranteed Summer Partial Peak Availability or the Guaranteed Summer Super Peak Availability for the applicable period.
