(b) at such other times as the Trustee may reasonably request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that if and so long as the Trustee shall be the Security Registrar, no such list need be furnished.
Holders Lists and Reports by Trustee of the Original Indenture shall not apply with respect to the Securities (but shall apply with respect to any other series of Securities (as defined in the Original Indenture)). Instead, this Article 11 shall apply with respect to the Securities.
