Hourly Availability definition

Hourly Availability means, with respect to any hour, the availability of the NECEC Transmission Line for the purposes of this Agreement, which shall equal (a) the Proportionate Share of the Available Transfer Capability for such hour, divided by (b) the Contract Capacity, expressed as a percentage; provided, however, that, for any hour, such availability of the NECEC Transmission Line shall not exceed one hundred percent (100%).
Hourly Availability means, with respect to any hour, the availability of the Northern Pass Transmission Line, which shall equal the (a) the Total Transfer Capability for such hour, divided by (b) the Contract Capacity, expressed as a percentage; provided, however, that, for any hour, the availability of the Northern Pass Transmission Line shall not exceed one hundred percent (100%).
Hourly Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 1.10 of Schedule I to the Restated Power Sales Agreement.

  • The Long-term Planned Outage Adjustment shall equal (a) the Hourly Availability Charge plus each Hourly Capital Item Charge, as shown in Schedule B, multiplied by (b) the difference, if positive, of (i) the hours scheduled for performance of Long-term Planned Outages minus (ii) the actual hours spent performing Long-term Planned Outages during the Contract Year.

  • EA = (Summation of Hourly Availability Factors for Monthly Availability Hours) / (# of Monthly Availability Hours in month) Hourly Availability Factor is determined for each Monthly Availability Hour as the quotient of (a) the capacity reflected in Seller’s Availability Notice applicable for such hour, divided by (b) the Hourly Ambient Capacity for such hour.

  • In the event the Net Delivered Energy delivered by the Seller is in excess of the forecasted energy notified under the Hourly Availability Notice for reasons other than the change in availability of the Arrays and WTGs, then the Purchaser shall be required to accept such excess Net Delivered Energy or make payment as NPMV for the excess Net Delivered Energy not accepted by the Purchaser in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement read with Schedule 1.

Related to Hourly Availability

  • Average Daily Availability means the average daily Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

  • General Availability means the date a version of Software was first made available to be licensed by Sandvine customers.

  • Readily available means available under a standard of economic feasibility, as applied to the specific circumstances of the applicant, that includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.
