Implementing Party definition

Implementing Party means any of the following: the Fiduciary Agent, a Participating Department, a Participating Municipality, or a Specialized Operator. “Implementing Parties” means collectively, all such persons.
Implementing Party means a person or a group of persons engaged in a construction work. This includes contractors, technicians, craftsmen and labourers.

  • Advance payments received by the Implementing Party must be disbursed within 72 hours of receipt from GoTriangle.

  • The Implementing Party is responsible for ensuring local funds are available to pay for costs incurred related to Project phases, or invoices, prior to requesting reimbursement from GoTriangle, except in instances where advance payments are requested.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing between Parties, the Implementing Party shall report operating statistics and ridership to the National Transit Database and to the North Carolina Department of Transportation Public Transportation Division.
