Implementing Partner definition

Implementing Partner or “IP” means [full name of Implementing Partner, followed by address].

Implementing Partner means the eligible counterpart such as a financial institution or other intermediary with whom the Commission signs a guarantee agreement and/or an agreement to implement the InvestEU Advisory Hub;
