Responsibility and Accountability Sample Clauses

The 'Responsibility and accountability' clause defines which parties are obligated to perform certain duties and who will be held answerable for the outcomes of those duties. In practice, this clause typically outlines the specific roles and tasks assigned to each party, clarifies reporting lines, and may set out procedures for addressing failures or breaches. Its core function is to ensure that all parties understand their obligations and the consequences of non-compliance, thereby promoting transparency and reducing disputes over who is liable for specific actions or omissions.
