Index Rate Mode definition

Index Rate Mode means the LIBOR Index Rate Mode and the SIFMA Index Rate Mode.
Index Rate Mode means the Adjustable Rate Mode in which the duration of each Adjustment Period is determined in accordance with clause (d) of the definition of Adjustment Period.

Examples of Index Rate Mode in a sentence

  • The Bonds shall initially bear interest in the SIFMA Index Rate Mode to but not including the Conversion Date, on which date the Bonds shall be converted to bear interest in the Fixed Interest Rate Mode.

  • If a Bond is initially issued in the Index Rate Mode, the Index Rate Period, the Designated Index, the Applicable Spread and the Reset Date will be specified in Section 4.1(d).

  • While in the Index Rate Mode, the Bonds shall be secured by the Continuing Covenant Agreement.

  • The Bonds shall initially bear interest in the SIFMA Index Rate Mode to but not including the Conversion Date.

  • If a Bond is converted to the Index Rate Mode, the Index Rate Period, the Designated Index, the Applicable Spread and the Reset Date will be specified in the notice delivered to the Bond Trustee pursuant to Section 4.3(b).

  • The Borrower may only exercise its rights under the Bond Indenture to optionally redeem the Bonds or convert them to another Interest Rate Mode other than Index Rate Mode in the Initial Index Rate Period on or after September 25, 2015, in accordance with the provisions of the Bond Indenture governing the same.


More Definitions of Index Rate Mode

Index Rate Mode means the interest rate mode of a Series of the Bonds that are bearing interest at the Index Rate.
Index Rate Mode means a Rate Mode in which Adjustable Rate Bonds bear interest at an Index Rate.
Index Rate Mode means the Mode during which a Series 2018BC Bond bears interest at an Index Rate.

Related to Index Rate Mode

  • Daily Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Daily Rate.

  • Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Period has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.10(a).

  • Floating Rate Option has the meaning given to it in the ISDA Definitions;

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.
