Index TSR definition

Index TSR means the compounded annual total shareholder return for the Index for a TSR Performance Period (and, for the avoidance of doubt, assuming the reinvestment of all dividends).
Index TSR means the total shareholder return of the Index in the Performance Cycle, expressed as a percentage, and determined as follows:
Index TSR means the compound annual growth rate of an investment in the Index for the applicable performance period, as measured based on actual published index returns for the applicable performance period. For the avoidance of doubt, all company additions or subtractions to or from the Index during the applicable performance period will be as determined by the Index administrator and the resulting Index returns for the applicable performance period as adjusted for such additions and deletions during such performance period will be as determined by the Index administrator.

  • The Compensation Committee will calculate the Index TSR % in the manner that most closely approximates the Index in its sole discretion.

More Definitions of Index TSR

Index TSR means, for each company reflected on the Index, the compound annual average growth rate during the Performance Period, expressed as a percentage rounded to the nearest hundredth of a percent, in the value of such company’s common stock. It is calculated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the Company TSR from information publicly reported.
Index TSR means the TSR for the TSR Performance Period of the S&P MidCap 400 as published by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC (or its successor) or, if that index is no longer published on the last day of the TSR Performance Period, a comparable index selected by the Committee.
Index TSR means the average total stockholder return, which is the average stock price appreciation for the companies in the Media Index from the Amendment Date to the applicable Measurement Date plus dividends and distributions made or declared (assuming such dividends or distributions are reinvested in the common stock of the Company), expressed as a percentage return. The stock price at the Amendment Date will be the average closing price of common stock of the companies in the Media Index as reported on the NYSE, NASDAQ or other publicly-traded stock exchange for the 30 trading days ending on the Amendment Date, and the stock price at a Measurement Date will be the average closing price of common stock of the companies in the Media Index as reported on the NYSE, NASDAQ or other publicly-traded stock exchange for the 30 trading days ending on such Measurement Date, adjusted for stock splits or similar changes in capital structure.
Index TSR means the TSR for the TSR Performance Period of the S&P Small-Cap 600. “S&P Small-Cap 600” means the S&P Small-Cap 600 published by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC (or its successor) or, if that index is no longer published on the last day of the TSR Performance Period, a comparable index determined by the Committee.

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.
