Information Sharing Framework definition

Information Sharing Framework means the framework set out in Schedule 6;
Information Sharing Framework means the framework set out in Schedule 5;
Information Sharing Framework or “ISF” means the concept of governing the disclosure and use of information in an electronic medical record established pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding executed between AHS, the AMA and Covenant Health dated April 1, 2012, as amended from time to time;

  • Each organisation signed up to this Agreement is a member of the Warrington Information Sharing Framework.

  • All parties are signatories to the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Multi-Agency Information Sharing Framework and are committed to building a positive culture of sharing information.

Related to Information Sharing Framework

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
