Initial Basket Value definition

Initial Basket Value means a value set at 100 on the basket setting date, unless otherwise specified in the applicable pricing supplement.
Initial Basket Value means the initial basket value as specified in Table 1 in the Annex.
Initial Basket Value means EUR 1,000 per Certificate.

  • The Basket Return Payment shall equal: (i) the principal amount hereof; multiplied by (ii) the Upside Participation Rate; multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which shall equal the amount, if any, by which the Final Average Basket Value exceeds the Initial Basket Value and the denominator of which is the Initial Basket Value.

  • If the Final Average Basket Value is equal to or less than the Initial Basket Value, then there shall be no Basket Return Payment.

Initial Basket Value means the Aggregate Nominal Amount of the Notes (or such other amount as specified in the relevant Final Terms);

  • Closing Value means (a) with respect to an Underlying other than a Multiple Exchange Index, the level of such Underlying as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange or (b) with respect to a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of such Underlying as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor, in each case on the relevant Valuation Date.
