Initial Order Date definition

Initial Order Date means as such term is defined in Section 9.3.
Initial Order Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
Initial Order Date means the date on which the Borrower submits to HNS its first Base Station Equipment Purchase Order pursuant to the Manufacturing Agreement for the manufacture and delivery of Base Station Equipment to be financed with an Advance pursuant to this Agreement.

  • At the beginning of each Calendar Quarter during the Term following the Initial Order Date, Client will provide to Hovione a rolling * month projection of its requirements of Product to be supplied by Hovione (the “Rolling Forecast”).
