Initial Testing Period definition

Initial Testing Period means a period of three (3) months beginning on the Commencement Date.

  • During the Initial Testing Period and the Extension Period, if any, the Debt Service Coverage Ratio shall be not less than 1.0 to 1.0 (the “Minimum Debt Service Coverage Requirement”), calculated on a quarterly basis, and evidenced by a certificate from an Authorized Representative, with such back-up documents as may be reasonably required by Agent.

  • If Tenant does not commence the Lease during the Initial Testing Period or any extension thereof, this Lease will terminate and the parties will have no further liability to each other.
