Installation Completion definition

Installation Completion means, with respect to a Project, that the design, engineering, construction and installation of such Project has been completed. For the avoidance of doubt, a Project may achieve Installation Completion without achieving Substantial Completion.

Examples of Installation Completion in a sentence

  • No action for breach of any term of this contract of sale or any other duty of Seller with respect to these Goods may be commenced more than one (1) year after Installation Completion.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Goods including any software shall be deemed accepted and the written acceptance form certifying Installation Completion shall be deemed executed by Buyer upon the earlier of either of the following two conditions; (x) in the event the Goods are placed into production by Buyer at the Installation Site; or (y) no later than 3 months after the date of delivery as determined by the terms of shipment.

Related to Installation Completion

  • Construction Completion Date or “Completion Date” means the date by which the overall Development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Completion Certificate is issued by the Authority as per Article 14.1.
