Internet Unavailability definition

Internet Unavailability means Client’s inability to access, or SSG inability to provide, the SaaS Service through the Internet due to causes outside of SSG direct control, including, but not limited to: (i) failure or unavailability of internet (“Internet”) access; (ii) unauthorized use, theft or operator errors relating to telephone, cable or Internet service provider; (iii) bugs, errors, configuration problems or incompatibility of equipment or services relating to Client’s computer or network; or (iv) failure of communications networks or data transmission facilities, including without limitation wireless network interruptions.

Internet Unavailability means Client’s inability to access, or Bazaarvoice inability to provide, Services through the Internet due to causes outside of Bazaarvoice direct control, including, but not limited to: (i) failure or unavailability of Internet access; (ii) unauthorized use, theft or operator errors relating to telephone, cable or Internet service provider; (iii) bugs, errors, configuration problems or incompatibility of equipment or services relating to Client’s computer or network; or (iv) failure of communications networks or data transmission facilities, including without limitation wireless network interruptions.

Examples of Internet Unavailability in a sentence

  • Service Availability does not include interruption of Service as a result of (i) downtime for scheduled or emergency maintenance (ii) Internet Unavailability, (iii) Independent Client Activity or (iv) force majeure events or any other events that are not under SSG’s control.

  • Service Availability does not include interruption of Service as a result of (i) planned downtime for maintenance (ii) Internet Unavailability, (iii) Independent Customer Activity or (iv) force majeure events or other events that are not under SSG’s control.

More Definitions of Internet Unavailability

Internet Unavailability consists of the number of minutes that the Internet was not Available to the Customer Equipment, but will not include unavailability continuing for an hour or less which Customer fails to report to INFLOW within four days or any unavailability resulting from (a) Network maintenance by INFLOW or by an internet backbone provider of which Customer has received at least twelve (12) hours advance notice, (b) Customer's applications, equipment, or facilities, (c) acts or omissions of Customer, or any use or user of the service authorized by Customer or (d) reasons of Force Majeure, as defined in the Data Center Services Agreement. In order to receive the 100% Availability guarantee, the customer equipment must be connected to both ports provided by INFLOW on the InflowNet distribution routers/switches.
Internet Unavailability means the Customer’s inability to access, or TGPL’s inability to provide, the BenefactorCloud Application and / or its Ancillary Services through the internet due to causes outside of TGPL’s direct control, including, but not limited to: (i) failure or unavailability of internet access; (ii) unauthorised use, theft or operator errors relating to telephone, cable or Internet service provider; (iii) bugs, errors, configuration problems or incompatibility of equipment or services relating to the Customer’s computer or network; or (iv) failure of communications networks or data transmission facilities, including without limitation wireless network interruptions.

Related to Internet Unavailability

  • Unavailability (or “Unavailable”) the Flexibility Services, in accordance with the Service Requirements, are not Available to be delivered to the Company; “Utilisation Instruction” an instruction by the Company to the Provider to deliver Flexibility Services;
