Any such redemption period shall be consistent with all of the provisions of Chapter 628 of the Iowa Code.
This paragraph shall not be construed to limit or otherwise affect any other redemption provisions contained in Chapter 628 of the Iowa Code.

If Buyer fails to perform this Agreement in any respect, time being of the essence, then Seller may forfeit this Agreement as provided by Chapter 656 of the Iowa Code in which event all payments made (including any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ deposit) and improvements made on the Property shall be forfeited, declare the full balance owing due and payable and proceed by suit at law or in equity to foreclose this Agreement, or seek such other relief as may be provided by law or equity.
Because, pursuant to Iowa Code §216.15A(2)(d), the Commission has not determined that disclosure is not necessary to further the purposes of the ICRA relating to unfair or discriminatory practices in housing or real estate, this Agreement is a public record and subject to public disclosure in accordance with Iowa’s Public Records Law, Iowa Code Chapter 22.
It is agreed that the periods of redemption after sale on foreclosure may be reduced under the conditions set forth in Sections 628.26 and 628.27 of the Iowa Code.
The supplemental contract shall not be subject to Iowa Code Chapter 279.
