Examples of Issuance Dates in a sentence
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, for purposes of clarification, it is hereby agreed that during each calendar month there shall be only, and the Borrower shall not be entitled to specify more than, two (2) Permitted Issuance Dates. 
- The purchase prices for the Receivables sold pursuant to this Agreement on subsequent Series Issuance Dates and on any other date on which Receivables are sold to the Buyer by the Seller, will be agreed by the Buyer and the Seller at the time of such sales, and will be paid in the form of cash, a subordinated note and other valuable consideration having value reasonably equivalent to the value of the assets so conveyed on such date.

- In the event clause (ii) in the preceding sentence applies then additional Penalty Warrants shall be issued, pursuant to this subsection, every three months after the first Penalty Warrant Issuance Date, as appropriate (each a "Penalty Warrant Issuance Date" and collectively the "Penalty Warrant Issuance Dates"). 
- Each of the Notes provides for a Maturity Date (as defined in each of the Notes) that is 12 months following their respective Issuance Dates. 
- The shares of Restricted Stock shall be issued on the applicable Issuance Dates and shall vest in accordance with Section 2 of this Agreement. 
- The Board may, by a Supermajority Vote, approve additional Class B Issuance Dates, provided that no such additional Class B Issuance Date shall occur earlier than the calendar year anniversary of the immediately preceding Class B Issuance Date.

- Any Class S Ordinary Units not issued to the holders of the Subclass 4 FLP Unit Accounts with respect to any Fiscal Quarter because of the FLP 4 Issuance Limitations shall be accrued (“FLP 4 Accrued S Units”) and issued on the next Class S Issuance Date(s) that such accrued Class S Ordinary Units could be issued in accordance with the FLP 4 Issuance Limitations. 
- Issuance Dates: Tricell will issue 160 million of the Shares on the closing date of the N2J acquisition.
