If a large number of Bids are received on the Bid / Issue Closing Date, as is typically experienced in public issues, which may lead to some Bids not being uploaded due to lack of sufficient time to upload, such Bids that cannot be uploaded on the electronic bidding system will not be considered for allocation in the Issue.
In the event the Debentures are not listed within 4 (four) Business Days from Issue Closing Date, the Issuer shall pay to the Debenture Holders and the Debenture Trustee additional interest, over and above the applicable Coupon Rate, at the rate of 1% (one per cent) per annum or such higher rate as required by Law, computed from the expiry of 4 (four) Business Days from the Issue Closing Date till the Debentures have been listed (the “Listing Delay Interest”).
The Issuer shall enter into the listing agreement with the Stock Exchange, comply with all the condition precedents thereunder and ensure that the Debentures are listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the Stock Exchange within 4 (four) Business Days from the Issue Closing Date.
Such Beneficiaries/Applicants will be sent a refund intimation (by way of an email) informing them about the credit of refund, within twelve (12) Working Days after the Issue Closing Date by the Registrar.
The Company may, in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers, consider closing the Bid / Issue Period for QIBs one working day prior to the Bid / Issue Closing Date in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations.
