Java Trademark Guidelines definition

Java Trademark Guidelines means the graphics standards and usage guidelines provided by Oracle together with the then-current Third Party Usage Guidelines for Oracle Trademarks and Third Party Usage Guidelines for Oracle Logos (currently located at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/us/legal/third-party-trademarks/index.html)S, as may be revised by Oracle during the Term, and which are incorporated by reference into this License.
Java Trademark Guidelines means the graphics standards and usage guidelines provided by Sun together with the then-current Sun Trademark and Logo Usage Requirements (currently located at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/policies/trademarks.html), as may be revised by Sun during the Term, and which are incorporated by reference into this License.

  • counterfeit trademark goods means any goods, including packaging, bearing without authorization a trademark which is identical to the trademark validly registered in respect of such goods, or which cannot be distinguished in its essential aspects from such a trademark, and which thereby infringes the rights of the owner of the trademark in question under the law of the country of importation;

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Trademark means any trademark, trade name, service ▇▇▇▇, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.
