If a Party finds that dumping is taking place in trade with another Party within the meaning of Article VI of GATT, it may take appropriate measures against the practice in accordance with the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT and under the conditions laid down in the Joint Declaration referring to this Article.
