It is understood that the replacement Satellite and all equipment, devices and software to be made available by CUSTOMER on the Launch Base in order to make the replacement Satellite ready for Launch shall be made available to ARIANESPACE pursuant to the schedule of Part 3 of Annex 1 to this Agreement.

Any such customs inspection shall be conducted in accordance with applicable U.S. law, in a Secure Zone or other mutually designated facility on the Launch Base with security commensurate with the nature of the item(s) being inspected, and shall be carried out only to the extent necessary to ensure conformity with U.S. law.
