Launch Base definition

Launch Base means the Sea Launch marine launch platform from which the Launch will take place, as well as the assembly and command ship from which Launch operations will be directed and monitored.
Launch Base means the ARIANE launch base in Kourou, French Guiana, including all its facilities and equipment. Launch Day or Day means a calendar day (established for the Launch pursuant to this Agreement) within the Launch Slot during which the Launch Window is open.
