  • It is understood that the replacement Satellite and all equipment, devices and software to be made available by CUSTOMER on the Launch Base in order to make the replacement Satellite ready for Launch shall be made available to ARIANESPACE pursuant to the schedule of Part 3 of Annex 1 to this Agreement.
