LIBOR Component. Not applicable.
LIBOR Component means the sum of the daily amounts, from (and including) the Final Maturity Date to (but excluding) the date upon which the Proceeds Excess or the Proceeds Shortfall is determined in accordance with Section 2.02(b), determined by multiplying (x) the Final Maturity Date Amount less the aggregate amount of all Monthly Post-Maturity Payments made on or before such date (other than any Monthly Post-Maturity Payment made on the Final Maturity Date and which reduces the Final Maturity Date Amount) by (y) the Applicable Rate (as defined in the Cablevision Note).
LIBOR Component. Any Component of the Class B, Class M1 and Class M2 Certificate.

Examples of LIBOR Component in a sentence

  • On each Rate Determination Date for a LIBOR Component, the Trustee shall determine LIBOR for the applicable Distribution Date on the basis of the British Bankers' Association ("BBA") "Interest Settlement Rate" for one-month deposits in U.S. Dollars as found on Telerate page 3750 as of 11:00 A.M. London time on such Rate Determination Date.

  • If on any Rate Determination Date for a LIBOR Component, the Trustee is unable to determine LIBOR on the basis of the method set forth in the preceding paragraph, LIBOR for the applicable Distribution Date will be whichever is higher of (x) LIBOR as determined on the previous Rate Determination Date for such LIBOR Component or (y) the Reserve Interest Rate.

  • The Certificate Principal Amount of each Class of Lower-Tier Regular Interests shall at all times be equal to the Certificate Principal Amount of its Class of Related Certificates, and the interest rate of each Class of Lower-Tier Regular Interests (other than the Class LC-2 Interest) shall be the Group 1 WAC Rate, and the interest rate of the Class LC-2 Interest shall be the Net Mortgage Rate of the Worldwide Plaza LIBOR Component.

  • If on any Rate Determination Date for a LIBOR Component, the Trustee is required but is unable to determine the Reserve Interest Rate in the manner provided in the preceding paragraph, LIBOR for the applicable Distribution Date will be LIBOR as determined on the previous Rate Determination Date for such LIBOR Component, or, in the case of the first Rate Determination Date, 5.32%.

  • Accrued interest, if any, on any LIBOR Certificate or LIBOR Component shall be calculated based upon a 360 day year and the actual number of days in each Accrual Period.

Related to LIBOR Component

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Interest Component means, at any time of determination for any Conduit Investor, the aggregate Yield accrued and to accrue through the end of the current Rate Period for the Portion of Investment accruing Yield calculated by reference to the CP Rate at such time (determined for such purpose using the CP Rate most recently determined by its Administrator).

  • LIBOR has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • LIBOR Total Spread means, for each Interest Period: (A) three-fourths of one percent (3/4 of 1%); (B) minus (or plus) the weighted average margin, for such Interest Period, below (or above) the London interbank offered rates, or other reference rates, for six-month deposits, in respect of the Bank’s outstanding borrowings or portions thereof allocated by the Bank to fund single currency loans or portions thereof made by it that include the Loan; as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.
