LIBOR Note definition

LIBOR Note. Any Class IA1, Class IA2, Class IA3, Class IIA1, Class IIA2, Class M1, Class M2, Class M3, Class M4, Class M5, Class M6, Class B1, Class B2 or Class B3 Note.
LIBOR Note. Any Class A, Class M1 or Class M2 Note.
LIBOR Note with respect to such Interest Period and the interest rate with respect to this Note for any Interest Reset Date relating to such Interest Period shall be LIBOR as adjusted by the Spread and/or the Spread Multiplier, if any, as specified on the face hereof, as determined on the applicable LIBOR Interest Determination Date. LIBOR Notes will be subject to the Minimum Interest Rate and the Maximum Interest Rate, if any. Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof under “Other Terms,” “LIBOR” will be determined by the Calculation Agent with respect to each LIBOR Interest Determination Date in accordance with the following provisions:

Examples of LIBOR Note in a sentence

  • Accrued interest, if any, on any LIBOR Note shall be calculated based upon a 360-day year and the actual number of days in each Accrual Period.

  • If any Interest Reset Date for any Floating Rate Note would otherwise be a day that is not a Business Day with respect to such Floating Rate Note, the Interest Reset Date for such Floating Rate Note shall be postponed to the next day that is a Business Day with respect to such Floating Rate Note, except that, in the case of a LIBOR Note, if such Business Day is in the next succeeding calendar month, such Interest Reset Date shall be the next preceding Business Day.

  • If the Interest Rate Basis is LIBOR, this Note shall be deemed to be a “LIBOR Note.” A LIBOR Note will bear interest for each Interest Period at the interest rate calculated with reference to LIBOR and the Spread or Spread Multiplier, if any.

  • LIBOR Notes will bear interest at the interest rates (calculated with reference to LIBOR and the Spread and/or Spread Multiplier, if any, subject to the Maximum Rate or the Minimum Rate, if any), and will be payable on the dates, specified on the face of the LIBOR Note and in the applicable Pricing Supplement.

  • A Floating Rate Note may be a CD Rate Note, Commercial Paper Rate Note, Federal Funds Rate Note, LIBOR Note, Treasury Rate Note, Constant Maturity Treasury Rate Note, a Prime Rate Note, an Inverse Floating Rate Note or a Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Note.

LIBOR Note. Any Class [A], Class [M] or Class [B] Note.
LIBOR Note shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 105 of this Seventh Supplemental Indenture.
LIBOR Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit A-2.

Lien: Any mortgage, deed of trust, pledge, conveyance, hypothecation, assignment, participation, deposit arrangement, encumbrance, lien (statutory or other), preference, priority right or interest or other security agreement or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, any conditional sale or other title retention agreement, any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing and the filing of any financing statement under the UCC (other than any such financing statement filed for informational purposes only) or comparable law of any jurisdiction to evidence any of the foregoing; provided, however, that any assignment pursuant to Section 6.02 of the HELOC Servicing Agreement, HELOC Back-Up Servicing Agreement, RMBS Servicing Agreement or RMBS Master Servicing Agreement, as applicable, shall not be deemed to constitute a Lien.
LIBOR Note. A Group I Note, or any Group II, Group III or Group IV Note after the related Note Rate Change Date.
LIBOR Note. LIBOR Series A Note" and "LIBOR Series B Note" mean any Note when and to the extent that the interest rate therefor is determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.
