LIBOR Interest Determination Date definition

LIBOR Interest Determination Date means the second LIBOR Business Day preceding each LIBOR Rate Reset Date.
LIBOR Interest Determination Date means (i) the second LIBOR Business Day preceding each LIBOR Rate Reset Date or (ii) March 5, 2021 in the case of the initial interest period.

  • On each LIBOR Interest Determination Date, the Trustee will determine One-Month LIBOR and the related Pass-Through Rate for each Class of LIBOR Certificates for the next Accrual Period.

  • If fewer than two such offered rates appear, or if no such rate appears, as applicable, LIBOR in respect of the related LIBOR Interest Determination Date will be determined in accordance with the provisions described in the immediately succeeding paragraph.

  • If at least two such quotations are so provided, then LIBOR on such LIBOR Interest Determination Date will be the arithmetic mean of such quotations.

  • If the Interest Rate Basis specified above with respect to any Interest Period is LIBOR, this Note is a "LIBOR Note" with respect to such Interest Period and the interest rate with respect to this Note for any Interest Reset Date relating to such Interest Period shall be LIBOR plus or minus the Spread, if any, or multiplied by the Spread Multiplier, if any, as specified above, as determined on the applicable LIBOR Interest Determination Date (as defined below).
