Library Content definition

Library Content means individual journal articles and other content available through databases owned or properly licensed by the Library.
Library Content means any and all media assets embedded or displayed in the Camtasia® Library or may be accessed through TechSmith’s or its authorized licensors’ web sites, specifically, without limitation, TechSmith or other third party media assets comprised of digital still images, music, audio files, animations, clipart, composites, fonts, graphics, illustrations, motion sequences, photographs, sound effects, video, video trailers, data, quizzes, surveys or any other visual representation that are now known or may become known in the future, together with all accompanying metadata and other material.
Library Content means the content listed on Exhibit B attached hereto and any additional content hereafter created by or for Licensor during the Exclusive License Period pertaining to the Events and/or the Elite XC. If Licensor is commercially exploiting (or has authorized the commercial exploitation of) Library Content, SNI shall use good faith efforts to refrain from making the same Library Content available to the public as free promotional material. SNI may not show complete bouts as promos and can only use a reasonable amount of Library Content in each promotion so as to avoid diluting the value of the Library Content.

  • You also agree: (i) to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations when using the Services and accessing or viewing On Demand Library Content; and (ii) not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with or modify any of the security features, usage restrictions or other Service components for any reason (or help anyone else to do so).

  • Library is solely responsible for maintaining a valid license to the Library Content.

  • If Licensor is commercially exploiting (or has authorized the commercial exploitation of) Library Content, SNI shall use good faith efforts to refrain from making the same Library Content available to the public as free promotional material.

  • You also agree: (i) to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations when using the Services andaccessing or viewing On Demand Library Content; and(ii) not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with or modify any of the security features, usage restrictions or other Service components for any reason (or help anyone else to do so).

Library Content means the materials, graphics, HTML, XML and other browser- based content, data and information made available by the Library to be included on e- Libro Site.

Related to Library Content

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).
