Licensed Back Improvements definition

Licensed Back Improvements means any patentable modifications or improvements developed by Licensee, any Affiliates, or any Sublicensees to any vector that is the subject of a claim within the Licensed Patents.
Licensed Back Improvements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.2.
Licensed Back Improvements means any [****]. For clarity, Licensed Back Improvements shall not include any Information or Patents directed to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, or Exploitation thereof.

Related to Licensed Back Improvements

  • Licensee Improvements means any improvement, enhancement, modification, derivative work or upgrade to any of Licensor Patent Rights made, conceived, reduced to practice, affixed or otherwise developed by or on behalf of Licensee during the term of this Agreement and solely as exercised under the License.

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Joint Improvements means Improvements conceived or first reduced to practice jointly by (a) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, ImmunoGen or any Affiliate of ImmunoGen, and (b) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, Novartis or any Affiliate of Novartis.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected. Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.
