Licensed Code definition

Licensed Code means all Code licensed by IBM to YOU in the San Francisco Product. Except as otherwise specified, Licensed code shall include Licensed Source Code and Licensed Binary Code.
Licensed Code means (i) the Source Code versions of the Covered Source Code provided to Licensee by BigCommerce under this Agreement; (ii) the test code and test scripts provided to Licensee by BigCommerce for use with the Covered Source Code; (iii) any modifications to or derivative works of the foregoing developed by or for Licensee; and (iv) any Updates or Upgrades provided by BigCommerce to Licensee.
Licensed Code means all Code licensed by IBM to YOU in the SanFrancisco Product. Except as otherwise specified, Licensed Code shall include Licensed Source Code and Licensed Binary Code. (a) "LICENSED BINARY CODE" shall mean Binary Code included in the SanFrancisco Product. (b) "LICENSED SOURCE CODE" shall mean Source Code included in the SanFrancisco Product.

Licensed Code means the IBM MQSeries Client for Windows NT CODE. LICENSED CODE shall include OBJECT CODE and SOURCE CODE for the client-connection channel table which is used by IBM MQSeries client for Windows NT code to map the IBM queue manager name to the LU6.2 or TCP/IP address. If not otherwise specified all other elements of LICENSED CODE shall be OBJECT CODE only. As detailed below:
Licensed Code means FWB Firmware, FWB Software and FWB Software Source.

Related to Licensed Code

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and Licensed Know-How.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.
