LNG Production Rate Performance Test has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.

  • The Performance Test Procedures for the LNG Production Rate Performance Test, including the measurement and calculation methods, shall be in accordance with the following general parameters, subject to change only by mutual agreement of the Owner and Contractor in accordance with Section 21.2 of the Agreement.

  • If, before or during the LNG Production Rate Performance Test, any deviation from the LNG Production Rate Guarantee Conditions occurs which is not caused by Contractor or its Subcontractors, then the Owner and Contractor shall meet to agree on (a) the technical viability of conducting the LNG Production Rate Performance Test and (b) any adjustments to the Performance Guarantee set forth in this Attachment S and Attachment T.

  • The LNG Production Rate Performance Test shall be conducted in accordance with the LNG Production Rate Guarantee Conditions specified in Section 2.4 and the Performance Test Procedures specified in Section 2.5 of this Attachment S.

  • The LNG Production Rate Performance Test shall be conducted in accordance with the LNG Production Rate Guarantee Conditions specified in Section 2.4 and the Performance Test Procedures specified in Section 2.5 of this Attachment 19.

  • If any of the parameters prevailing during the LNG Production Rate Performance Test are not in accordance with the parameters described in this Attachment 19, Section 2.5, paragraphs 7a through 7e, then the Performance Guarantees and Minimum Acceptance Criteria described in the Attachment 20 will be adjusted for such deviation(s) using the same process simulation model, software, thermodynamic data packages, methods, and principles used for the original Guarantee Case.

Related to LNG Production Rate Performance Test

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Performance Tests means all tests meant to ensure that the Plant(s)/Unit(s) is/are in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and that the Plant functions properly and smoothly, in all respects as per the approved design parameters, within the permissible tolerances, and satisfies all the stipulated operating parameters, and will include the Guarantee Tests.

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.
