Location of Borrower Clause Samples
The 'Location of Borrower' clause defines the official address or principal place of business of the borrower for the purposes of the agreement. This clause typically specifies where the borrower is deemed to reside or conduct business, which can affect where legal notices are sent and which jurisdiction's laws may apply. (f) Section 7.8 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read in full as follows:
