For Material Subcontracts executed or amended after the Effective Date of the Contract, HMO must submit a copy to HHSC no later than five (5) Business Days after execution or amendment.
The Contractor shall make best efforts to ensure that all Material Subcontracts stipulate that Massachusetts general law or Massachusetts regulation will prevail if there is a conflict between the state law or state regulation where the Material Subcontractor is based.
