Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity definition

Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity and "MDTQ" shall mean the maximum daily quantity of gas exclusive of the Pipeline's Fuel Retainage Quantity that (a) Customer may tender for transportation in the aggregate to all Points of Receipt, and (b) Pipeline is required to deliver to all Points of Delivery; provided, however, Pipeline shall not be obligated to deliver gas at rates in excess of a uniform hourly rate unless agreed to otherwise by Pipeline and Customer.
Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity means the maximum volume of Gas as specified in an Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper for Transportation under Toll Schedule Interruptible Transportation Service.
Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity as used herein, shall mean the maximum volume of gas that Company will take delivery of, and transport for redelivery, in any one day, as provided for in the Transportation Service Agreement.

Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity or "MDTQ" means the maximum daily quantity of Natural Gas that Transporter is required to transport for Shipper or for the account of Shipper on each Day during the term of Shipper’s Service Agreement.
Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity. (MAXDTQ) shall mean the maximum quantity of natural gas provided in the Service Agreement that Shipper is entitled to receive and Transporter is obligated to deliver on any day.

The MDTQ is the sum of all MDDQ(s) for a Shipper and is specified in the applicable Service Agreement(s) or in the related limited-term Partial Assignment.
Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity or "MDTQ" shall mean the total quantity of gas that Pipeline is required to receive and transport and that Customer is entitled to tender and receive under Customer's executed service agreement in any Day excluding any makeup quantities that Pipeline has agreed to receive and transport, and further excluding any quantities received at a physical receipt point or storage point and redelivered to a Market Center Point pursuant to Section 11A.4.G.
