Maximum Grant Amount means the total amount of payments paid to OWNER under this Agreement, whether by Sales Tax Reimbursement, Real Property Tax Rebate, or combination thereof, in the schedule provided in Section V.A.1 herein and in an amount not to exceed $303,009.
