Maximum Level of Achievement definition

Maximum Level of Achievement means a specified level of achievement of a Performance Criteria applicable to a Plan Year which must be attained for the maximum portion of an Annual MIP Bonus, which is based on achievement of that Performance Criteria, to be earned.

Examples of Maximum Level of Achievement in a sentence

  • The Levels of Achievement range from the Threshold Level of Achievement to the Maximum Level of Achievement as illustrated in the Level of Achievement Chart attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.

  • If the Maximum Level of Achievement is attained for the Performance Period, the Award payout to the Participant will be two (2) times (i.e., 200 percent) the amount of the Award payout that would have been made to the Participant if only the Target Level of Achievement had been attained.

  • For TFC ROATCE, the Threshold Level of Achievement shall be a TFC ROATCE of the twenty-fifth (25th) percentile of the Peer Group ROATCE; the Target Level of Achievement shall be a TFC ROATCE of the fiftieth (50th) percentile of the Peer Group ROATCE; and the Maximum Level of Achievement shall be a TFC ROATCE of the seventy-fifth (75th) percentile of the Peer Group ROATCE.

  • The Threshold Level of Achievement shall be a BB&T GAAP ROCE of the twenty-fifth (25th) percentile of the Peer Group GAAP ROCE; the Target Level of Achievement shall be a BB&T GAAP ROCE of the fiftieth (50th) percentile of the Peer Group GAAP ROCE; and the Maximum Level of Achievement shall be a BB&T GAAP ROCE of the seventy-fifth (75th) percentile of the Peer Group GAAP ROCE.

  • For TFC ROACE the Threshold Level of Achievement shall be a TFC ROACE of the twenty-fifth (25th) percentile of the Peer Group ROACE; the Target Level of Achievement shall be a TFC ROACE of the fiftieth (50th) percentile of the Peer Group ROACE; and the Maximum Level of Achievement shall be a TFC ROACE of the seventy-fifth (75th) percentile of the Peer Group ROACE.

  • If the Maximum Level of Achievement is attained for the Performance Period, the Award payout to the Participant will be two (2) times (i.e., 200 percent of) the amount of the Award payout that would have been made to the Participant if only the Target Level of Achievement had been attained.

  • If the Maximum Level of Achievement is attained for the Relative Performance Goal for the Performance Period, the Award payout to the Participant will be seventy five percent (75%) of the Shares.

  • If the Maximum Level of Achievement is attained for the Performance Period, the Award payout to the Participant will be one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Participant’s Target %.

Related to Maximum Level of Achievement

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Performance Milestone means any of the milestones described in Section A2 (Performance Milestones) of attached Exhibit A (Start-Up License Schedule).

  • Minimum Level (ML) means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
