Maximum Number of Users definition

Maximum Number of Users shall have their respective meanings specified in the Contract Particulars attached hereto. “Contract Particulars” means the Supplier’s contract particulars document including the document reference GENSCT01 and Order Form. The “Order Form” shall mean any order form issued by Supplier (or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries or associated companies). The “Due Date” and the “Supplier” shall be as specified in the Contract Particulars attached hereto or if not elsewhere defined shall have the meaning defined in clause 62 of this Sale Agreement. “▇▇▇▇” shall mean the End User Licence Agreement issued for the Licensed Programs and references to “STDTCs” shall refer to then current version of this document. The “Equipment” shall mean the Hardware (if any) and the Licensed Programs collectively as described in the Contract Particulars. The “Sale Agreement” shall mean the agreement arising upon acceptance of the Contract Particulars by the Supplier incorporating and subject to these Terms and Conditions. "Materials" shall mean the system instructions, technical literature and all other related documentation in eye-readable form supplied to the Customer. Any reference to writing shall include typewriting, printing, lithography, photography and other modes of representing or reproducing words in a legible form other than writing on an electronic display screen or similar device; and the word “including” shall be read and construed as if it was immediately followed by the words “but without limitation
Maximum Number of Users means the maximum number of Users as stated in the Commercial Terms Term means the period from the Access Start Date (stated in the Commercial Terms) to the expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement Toolkit means the digital performance support tool for multimedia learning and development comprising resources such as articles, practical tools, self-assessments, infographics, e-learning, audio and video that is supported and maintained by GoodPractice (a trading name of Emerald Learning Limited)
Maximum Number of Users means the highest number of Operator Connect Users enabled at any point during the Term;

  • TruOI shall have the right to verify that no more than the Maximum Number of Servers of Licensee’s Network use the TruOI Software and/or no more than the Maximum Number of Users of the TruOI Software set forth in the Software Package are being used by Licensee at any one time.

  • Upon payment of a one-time non-refundable license fee in accordance with The Ontario Library Association ’s license fee charges, the Licensor grants to the Licensee a perpetual (terminable only as provided in the Term and Termination clause below), non-exclusive, non-transferable paid-up License to provide the program to the Permitted Maximum Number of Users for internal use only within the Licensee’s organization, as specified in the Financial Terms section of this agreement.

  • Subject to payment of the Agreed Fee, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ grants and the Client accepts a non-exclusive, non- transferrable licence for use of Leadership Live, up to the Maximum Number of Users for the Term.

  • The Client will ensure that the total number of Users shall not exceed the Maximum Number of Users during the Term.


More Definitions of Maximum Number of Users

Maximum Number of Users means the maximum number of Users with Write Access, and/or as the context requires, the maximum number of Users entering Participants Data Only and Users with Read Only Access, as set out in the Commercial Terms.
Maximum Number of Users means the total number of Customer's personnel who are licensed to use Software. "Services" include the Professional Services, Managed Services, Hosted Services , Support Services and any other services which are agreed in writing to be provided by Quadient.
Maximum Number of Users means the maximum number of Users as stated in the Commercial Terms.

  • Maximum Number means that number of directors constituting the greater of (x) two and (y) 20% of the total number of directors of the Corporation on the last day on which a Nomination Notice may be submitted pursuant to this Section 3.11 (rounded down to the nearest whole number), which number shall be reduced as set forth in Section 3.11.c.i.

  • Minimum Number means 3% of the number of outstanding shares of common stock of the Corporation as of the most recent date for which such amount is given in any filing by the Corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission prior to the submission of the Nomination Notice.
