Maximum Performance definition

Maximum Performance means the Performance Goal achievement required for the maximum permissible distribution with respect to a Performance Share, as set out in Appendix A.
Maximum Performance means the Performance Goal attainment required for the maximum permissible amount of ROATCE Performance Units covered by this Award Agreement to be achieved, as set forth in Appendix A.
Maximum Performance is achievement at the 75th percentile of the Performance Measures compared to the Peer Group and represents the maximum possible upward adjustment to the number of Performance Share Units actually covered by the Target Award.

More Definitions of Maximum Performance

Maximum Performance means a Ranking considered to be outstanding performance.
Maximum Performance means, for a given Award, the level of attainment of applicable Performance Goals necessary for the Maximum Amount, after making all adjustments required by the Award or the Plan but, in the case of Performance Goals, without considering the impact of the exercise of discretion.
Maximum Performance means the level of performance at which maximum credit is earned for the portion of the Target Payout assigned to a specific Performance Goal.
Maximum Performance means the performance objective at or above which a Maximum Award is made for a certain portion of the Plan.
