Maximum Retail Price definition

Maximum Retail Price. Or “MRP” for the purpose of this Agreement shall mean the maximum price, excluding taxes, payable by a subscriber for a-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ pay Zee Group Channel or bouquet of pay Zee Group Channels, as the case may be.
Maximum Retail Price or “MRP” means the maximum retail price per subscriber per month, excluding taxes, of each of the a-la-carte pay channels and bouquet of pay channels offered by TVCH as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement, respectively.

Maximum Retail Price means the ceiling price or the retail price plus local taxes and duties as applicable, at which the drug shall be sold to the ultimate consumer and where such price is mentioned on the pack;
