Merchant Processor definition

Merchant Processor means a merchant processor with which Company has entered into a credit card authorization agreement and that is acceptable to Bank.
Merchant Processor. Data Storage Entity”, “Payment Service Provider”, “Internet Payment Service Provider”, or “Payment Facilitator” who acts for or on behalf of Merchant within the meaning of the Operating Rules, and any other person or entity who will store, transmit, process, or otherwise have access to, any Cardholder or card transaction data in connection with Merchant’s performance of Merchant’s obligations under this Agreement.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Borrower shall maintain a processing relationship for all its credit card and debit card sales with Merchant Processor.
