The quantity of Electricity sold by the Company to the Business Customer shall be determined by metering data from readings of the Meter provided by MSSL in accordance with the Metering Code and MSS Code.
The quantity of Electricity sold by the Company to the Home Customer shall be determined by metering data from readings of the Meter provided by MSSL in accordance with the Metering Code and MSS Code and shall be without any adjustment for Transmission Losses except where the Home Customer is buying electricity from any wholesale electricity market at the prevailing market prices through the Company.
The Company shall provide and maintain the Metering, power supplies, protection relays, signalling, and other equipment installed by the Company (in accordance with any relevant provisions of the Grid Code and the Metering Code).
For the purpose of uniformity, the WtE Developer shall follow metering specifications as developed by the DISCOM from time to time and as per Metering Code.
