Minimum Commitment definition
Minimum Commitment means any minimum commitment of time and usage for use of the Services by You during the Term of this Agreement.
Minimum Commitment has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.

Fees are non-refundable for the Minimum Commitment stated in the Form.
