Minimum Commitment definition

Minimum Commitment means any minimum commitment of time and usage for use of the Services by You during the Term of this Agreement.
Minimum Commitment has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Minimum Commitment means $10,000,000.

  • Fees are non-refundable for the Minimum Commitment stated in the Form.

More Definitions of Minimum Commitment

Minimum Commitment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Minimum Commitment means the agreed minimum spend of the Customer during the Initial Term and/or any Renewal Term, in respect of the Services as set out in the relevant Schedules and Order/s.
