Minimum Return Rate definition

Minimum Return Rate. (where applicable) means, in respect of a CPI Deposit, the return rate notified by the Bank to the Customer pursuant to Clause 2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Minimum Return Rate may be zero;
Minimum Return Rate means, for a share of Series A Preferred Stock, 5.00% per annum.

  • Annual Revenue Rate means the rate employed to assess a compliance penalty charge on a Curtailment Service Provider under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 11.

  • Return Amount has the meaning specified in Paragraph 3(b).

  • Rate of Return means the rate used to determine the amount credited monthly to a Participant’s Account under Article IV. Such rate shall be determined by the Administrative Committee based upon the net performance of the Earnings Indices selected by the Participant.

  • Five-Year Treasury Rate means, as of any Reset Interest Determination Date, the average of the yields on actively traded United States Treasury securities adjusted to constant maturity, for five-year maturities, for the most recent five Business Days appearing under the caption “Treasury Constant Maturities” in the most recent H.15.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.
