MINIMUM VALUES definition

MINIMUM VALUES. The minimum values for any paid-up annuity, withdrawal value or death benefit available under the Contract are not less than those required by the state where the Contract is delivered.
MINIMUM VALUES. Your policy values are at least equal to those set by law in the state where the policy was issued. Where required, we have given insurance regulators a detailed statement of how we compute values and benefits.

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.
