Minor Upgrade definition

Minor Upgrade refers to any new version of the Software which is not a “Major Release”. Cf. definition 1.22.
Minor Upgrade means an upgrade to the Software that is signified by a change in a sub- version or patch number. For clarity a Minor Upgrade does not include any releases where a version or release number has changed.
Minor Upgrade means a successor version of the Software which improves functionality or adds new features to the Software and bears a new second numeral such as 8.5 or 8.6.

More Definitions of Minor Upgrade

Minor Upgrade means a functional enhancement, extension, or addition to the Software other than an Update requested by Customer that requires up to four hours of development work by Vendor.
