Each of the Company, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Monitoring Agent and each Applicable Tranche Swingline Bank may change its address, facsimile or telephone number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto.
The Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent shall be entitled to conclusively rely, without any independent investigation or inquiry, on any such calculations made by the Collateral Monitoring Agent which are provided (either directly or through the Collateral Agent) to the Administrative Agent.

Each other Bank may change its address, facsimile or telephone number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the Company, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Monitoring Agent and the Applicable Tranche Swingline Banks.
