Monitoring Agent definition

Monitoring Agent means an independent firm to be engaged by the Bank in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6(a) of this Annex.
Monitoring Agent means the Company’s monitoring agent which enables remote monitoring of the IT Infrastructure.
Monitoring Agent means Software which is installed on the IT Equipment by Grant McGregor which enables system-monitoring and performance reporting.

  • Each of the Company, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Monitoring Agent and each Applicable Tranche Swingline Bank may change its address, facsimile or telephone number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto.

  • Each other Bank may change its address, facsimile or telephone number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the Company, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Monitoring Agent and the Applicable Tranche Swingline Banks.
