MPLS Network definition

MPLS Network means that portion of the network speci Autonomous System Number 1. “Customer Port” shall mean a port on the MPLS Network conjunction with an MPLS or VPLS VPN Service.
MPLS Network means the MPLS network between its MPLS enabled points of presence from time to time over which the Service will be routed and does not include any Tail Circuits or local access circuits; (b) the term “CPE” shall mean the router (as specified in the End User Order) provided by CMT to the End User as part of the Service which shall form part of the End User Equipment; (c) the term “Hardware Support” shall mean an On-Site remedial hardware maintenance service in relation to the CPE hardware, that may be provided by CMT to the End User as part of the Service where this has been agreed in the End User Order (in accordance with the relevant support level option indicated in such End User Order), including provision of an engineering response and remedy of hardware faults in the CPE hardware; (d) the term “On-Site” shall refer to the End User Site; (e) the term “Tail Circuit” shall mean any Tail Circuits which CMT has agreed to procure for the End User as part of the Service; and (f) the term “User” means all persons or entities using or having access to the Service through the End User or the End User’s network.
MPLS Network means a combination of Leased Line, Broadband and/or Fibre services which gives you your own private network to run your voice, video and data on a single infrastructure.

  • Buyer is solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under its account, including the content of Buyer's and its Users' transmissions through the MPLS Network Solutions Service.

  • The average latency is measured as the average of five-minute samples across the XO MPLS Network taken throughout the month.

  • The XO MPLS Network (as defined in the previous section) is guaranteed to have an average round-trip packet transit time within the XO MPLS Network over a calendar month within the time frames stated in Table 1 below.


More Definitions of MPLS Network

MPLS Network means the multi-protocol label switching network owned and maintained by Vocall on which the VPN Service is operated;

Related to MPLS Network

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, generally used in large, densely populated metropolitan areas.
